The data controller is ITEX SOLUTIONS Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (a Hungarian limited liability company, “ITEX”). “ITEX project” is the solution and brand name operated by the company.

What do we process when you just browse?

The site runs on the servers of the hosting provider OneWeb. The web server keeps a technical log: IP address, time, the requested page and the browser type. We process this for operational security and abuse prevention (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest), for the period set by the hosting provider.

The site does not use cookies for tracking, statistics or advertising, so we do not show a cookie banner. Your conversation with the AI assistant stays in your browser’s session storage and is deleted when you close the tab.

AI assistant

The AI assistant on the site answers questions about our services and products. When you write to it:

• your message text is forwarded by our server to the AI service of Anthropic (a processor operating in the United States) so that the answer can be produced;
• we do not store the content of the conversation on our own server;
• to prevent abuse and excessive use we keep, for a short time, only a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address, and technical errors are logged without any content;
• legal basis: our legitimate interest in customer relations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and your own enquiry;
• the transfer to the United States takes place with appropriate safeguards.

Please do not enter personal, sensitive or confidential data (for example passwords, health data or card details) into the assistant. The AI can make mistakes, and its answers are not an offer or expert advice.

Contacting us

If you contact us with the email or phone button, the message reaches us from your own mail program or phone. We then process the name, contact details and message content you provide in order to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)), until the matter is closed and for no longer than one year from your enquiry. If you also send us the summary of your AI conversation, it becomes part of your enquiry.

Who do we share your data with?

• OneWeb (oneweb.hu): hosting provider and processor;
• Anthropic: processor needed to run the AI assistant;
• we do not pass your data to any other third party unless required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request data portability. Contact us using the details above; we reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe our processing infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu) or go to court.
