Since its establishment in 2014, ITEX Solutions Ltd. has built a significant portfolio of IT services. The first area was infrastructure management. This service encompasses the management of client computers (Microsoft and Macintosh), operation of wired and wireless networking devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, HPE), and continuous support for (Microsoft and Linux) servers. We believe that the segment of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hungary has an extremely heterogeneous IT asset base, so we can support our partners flexibly and comprehensively. We assist in managing services that are built on or connect to the infrastructure we manage, whether they are web services, internet, telephony, enterprise management systems, or any software created based on unique requirements. We are capable and willing to communicate with the customer’s other solution providers, which saves time for all of us. Our clients can trust us with their IT matters, allowing them to focus on what they do best.

As time has progressed, we have also gained significant knowledge in IT security issues. Our colleagues dealing with vulnerability assessments conduct audits, analyze habits, carry out planned cyber attacks, and/or look for human errors that may occur in the client’s systems.

The significant IT knowledge available in our environment has allowed us to offer human resources for hire since 2017. Our strengths lie in infrastructure management, programming, and project management. Such orders are typically required by our international partners, but we are also continuous supporters for numerous Hungarian companies.

2023 has brought us the opportunity to further expand our Microsoft knowledge base, particularly in the area of Power BI. Real-time data visualization satisfies a demand that allows companies to immediately track any desired performance metrics with real-time graphs, enabling them to react to events instantly and use this solution as a digital dashboard.
